TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you accept the trial use of our products you must follow our terms and conditions. Once your tool has been sent to you, you accept the obligation to pay the full amount for it once the one-month trial has ended, unless sent back before the trial is over. (dates will be given via email or verbally over the phone by us). We will allow 7 days for you to send the product back to us once the trial has ended if you are not happy with the product, we advise you to notify us so we are aware of this. Trials are only given once per customer, this disallows any repetition of the trial in order to use our product for longer than the intended trial time. You can purchase the said product and pay the full amount if you are happy to do so. Once you have made your purchase you will have a 2 year warranty for any accidental damage regarding an accident involving the tool failing (this doesn't include any damage from an external source of any kind). Your 2 year warranty does not start when you accept the trial, only after you pay the full amount for the product once the trial has ended. After this 2 year warranty, we are not obligated to replace or repair your tool for free and will outline a price based on the damage upon request (we will provide a date for the end of the warranty once you have bought the product after your trial.) If you refuse to follow our terms and conditions, we may be forced to take a variety of actions. We will outline our terms and conditions briefly once you have purchased the product.
